Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid insured shipping label via email to ensure your jewelry is protected during transit.
Package Your Items
Place the item in its original LeoDaniels presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton with all original certificates and documentation.
Receive Your Refund
After our gemologists inspect the returned item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
